To increase college and career readiness, participation, and completion, particularly among low-income, first-generation college-going students and students of color.

Fostering Skills and Knowledge You Need to Be Ready for Education Beyond High School

We strive to make sure the students we serve feel confident before, during and after their journey toward postsecondary education. For whatever situation presents itself, they'll know how to handle it or who to turn to for guidance.

Reconnecting Those Who've Stepped Away from Education with the Tools They Need to Continue Toward Postsecondary Certification

Helping students complete a college degree or credential is just as critical as getting them enrolled to start with.  At CapCAN, we are dedicated to working in partnership with our higher education institutions to find young adults who may have stepped away from education after high-school or reconnecting those adults who may have some college, but no degree.  We provide personal and customized support to adults to help them navigate the post-secondary process and link them to a wide range of community resources through our partnership with United Way to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful.
